Project search
Search project material with Findcub
Bring the material you choose into one search library, then follow a project topic back to its documents, messages or recorded discussions.
Follow the topic across your selected sources
Project search surfaces relevant items from supported sources in your prepared library. Documents locate the matching page number, videos the matching shot, and audio a range with start and end seconds. Each match keeps its source for context.
- Choose the folders and account content relevant to the project.
- Use a decision, topic or remembered phrase to search across the prepared material.
- Compare sources yourself; related matches do not automatically establish a final decision.
One budget, three sources
In this search example, “the budget we agreed for the launch” brings together three results from different sources.
- Google Drive: Q3 marketing budget.pdf, page 12, with the budget allocation.
- Zoom: the shot at 04:32 in Project review.mov, discussing the budget and project scope.
- Outlook: Launch budget confirmation, with the approval in the email body.
One library, an explicit content range
A cross-source search covers only the material you select, can access and have prepared. It does not mean every item in an organization is available.
- Local and account material must be supported by the installed release.
- Available connections depend on the installed version, account permissions and organization policies.
- Use the help page for source boundaries and the start page for installation and setup.
